Neosono carried out a Pilot test for its real estate solution called Mia Móvil Inmobiliario. The client was a real estate agency with 10 properties in Madrid and 10 properties in Barcelona. The solution was implemented to attract interested buyers and tenants using an interactive method in which the person could obtain more information about the property before hand. For example, just by sending a simple SMS, the interested buyer or tenant immediately knew details like the area of the flat, see pictures, videos etc.
It was observed that there was a 50% increase in the response rate using Neosono´s solution Mia Móvil Inmobiliario in comparison to methods used in the past like contact through a telephone number. This proves the effectiveness of a solution like this that is not only effective but in line with the new technologies making communication and interaction much more easier.
