Description of the Client: CINC is a Business Center Network located in strategic places in the cities of Barcelona, Figueres y Girona.
Needs of the client: Increase the number of visits to the installations of the Business Center and offer mobility services oriented to a professional profile.
Problems Detected: The users of CINC´s webpage are constantly on-the-move. For this reason. many of the Internet connections to their Web are made using mobile phones. Without the mobile portal, these users would be accessing the conventional Web, and having a really bad experience in its use, in the best of cases, or finding it impossible to access the information in the majority of the cases. CINC had to offer a portal adapted and designed to be accessed from a device with a small screen, keyboard and without a mouse.
Objectives: Based on the needs of the client and the problems detected, the objectives of the mobile marketing project were defined.

Strategy developed by the consultants at Neosono: To achieve the established objectives, the following strategy was developed:
1- Distinguishing between the different profiles of users that may need to access CINC´s Web from a mobile phone was carried out. The different profiles as well as the needs that each one could have were identified.
2- Identification of the possible scenarios, available information and needed information for users accessing the mobile website was done. They identified users who just searched for information related to the Business Center as well as those who wanted to register to the events CINC most frequently organized.
3- Designing of an easy and intuitive service was done. The portal was designed with a special emphasis on fast surfing and with great usability.
4- Introduction of mobile phones as a new channel of communication and services by providing on services via mobile portal such as the use of messages SMS and MMS, establishing the most appropriate method of use for each case.
5- Extension of mobile services to CINC´s clients was done. All companies located at CINC´s Business Center, will have it´s own web page adapted to the mobile, with an interactive map that contains its location, instructions on how to get to their installations and contact information. The objective is for Cinc´s CLIENTS to advertise the URL of this mobile portal, especially by using it in the signature in e-mails. Since the vast majority of users read their mails from their mobile phones, smartphones or PDA´s, these services will be of great help to them. At the same time, this URL will advertise CINC´s installations and services, making a perfect combination. Apart from the service it gives, it will benefit CINC by bringing traffic to its mobile portal, and allowing it to show its services to the professionals that access the building, giving an unbeatable image of modernity and service.
